SpaceX launch today: Everything to know about morning Starlink launch from Cape Canaveral

9 hours ago 2

Nipping at the heels of NASA's SpaceX Crew-10 launch Friday evening, SpaceX is wasting no time by targeting another Falcon 9 launch this morning from Florida's Space Coast.

SpaceX crews are eyeing a 7:35 a.m. EDT liftoff from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Backup launch opportunities remain available until 10:14 a.m., if necessary.

The Falcon 9 will deploy a payload of 23 Starlink internet-beaming satellites, which are packed inside the fairing atop the 230-foot rocket.

No Central Florida sonic booms are expected. After soaring skyward along a southeasterly trajectory, the rocket's first-stage booster will target landing aboard a SpaceX drone ship out at sea about eight minutes after liftoff.
