Outback Presents, North America’s leading independent, full-service promoter of live entertainment, has expanded its Board of Directors to include several prominent industry leaders.
Under the leadership of Chairman of the Board Leigh Feuerstein, recent Board appointments include Dimitri Cohen, Constance Schwartz-Morini, Jermaine Preyan, Ignacio Meyer and Austin Rosen.
The group brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight that will be pivotal in guiding Outback Presents as it continues to expand its impact in the entertainment industry. “These appointments represent our commitment to maintaining Outback Presents’ leadership position and ensuring our long-term success in a rapidly evolving industry,” said Feuerstein.

Feuerstein’s credits include Sensible Portions, Veggie Straws, Rickland Orchards Greek Yogurt Bars, Dippin’ Chips, Thinster Cookies, SkinnyPop and ParmCrisps. Feuerstein co-founded Halen Brands, Inc., a leading consumer packaged goods operating company with successful ventures such as From the Ground Up (sold in 2022) and Only What You Need (“OWYN”) (sold in 2024). Following Halen Brands, Feuerstein co-founded The Ryl Company where he remains Chairman. As the former COO/CFO of Element Capital, Feuerstein helped grow net assets from $250 million to $4+ billion.
Cohen is the Chief Investment Officer of Credit at Raven Capital, specializing in asset-based, non-sponsored direct loans. With nearly two decades of experience in investment management, Cohen has scaled Raven’s private credit platform, investing over $2.5 billion. He previously worked at DDJ Capital Management and Seawall Capital Management.
Schwartz-Morini co-founded SMAC Entertainment, a talent management firm and an Emmy-nominated production company, with Michael Strahan. Her three-decade career spans sports, entertainment, music and media, where she has developed a modern approach to managing multifaceted careers. “We are thrilled to assemble this esteemed leadership group and eager to pave the trail ahead, together,” Schwartz-Morini said. Last week, she closed one of the biggest deals in college football history that cemented Deion Sanders as the highest-paid football coach in the Big 12 Conference, as well as one of highest-paid college coaches across the country.
Preyan, known primarily for his work with Young Money Entertainment, has filled numerous roles in the company’s formation and unprecedented growth. His professional achievements include being an artist, writer, president and CEO of the label and manager for Lil Wayne. Maine has been influential in the careers of Nicki Minaj, Drake, Lil Wayne and Tyga. Maine is also a founding member of Young Money APAA Sports Agency, which recently signed 2024 Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter.
Meyer is President of Univision Networks Group at TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company. In his current role, Meyer oversees programming strategy and operations for the company’s portfolio of leading properties in the United States, which include Univision, UNIMAS, Galavision and TUDN, as well as Univision’s radio and local television stations. With more than 20 years of experience in the media, music and entertainment industry, Meyer has earned recognition for his work, including being named to Billboard’s 2022 and 2023 Latin Power Players list and as Executive of the Month on Billboard en Espanol.
Rosen is a lifelong entrepreneur and the founder of Electric Feel Management. Rosen oversees a roster of A-list recording artists, producers and songwriters with notable talentssuch as Post Malone, Quavo and The Kid LAROI. Under his leadership, the company hasachieved remarkable success, boasting over 18 Diamond Records and 726 Platinum Records, 28 Billboard Hot 100 Number 1 records and amassed over 450 billion streams.
The new Board of Directors joins Outback Presents following a record-breaking year, with close to 1,700 shows produced across 283 cities and over 4.5 million tickets sold.
