Hollywood actress Sydney Sweeney and music executive Scooter Braun have taken their relationship to extreme new heights. Over the weekend, the pair shared footage from their scenic getaway to New Zealand, capturing a high-adrenaline tandem bungee jump off a steep cliffside. The social media updates showed the duo tightly strapped together before plunging into the canyon below, drawing immediate attention from fans and entertainment media alike.
The high-profile excursion marks a rare and public glimpse into the pair's dynamics. Sweeney, 27, who has risen to global prominence through her acclaimed roles in HBO's Euphoria and The White Lotus, as well as her box-office romantic comedy Anyone But You, has historically kept her personal life closely guarded. Similarly, Braun, 43, the prominent entertainment mogul who recently transitioned to a broader corporate role as CEO of HYBE America, has navigated highly publicized chapters in both his professional and personal life. The shared footage of their New Zealand vacation signals a new level of openness for the couple.
New Zealand has long been celebrated as the global capital of adventure tourism, famous for pioneering commercial bungee jumping. Observers noted that the tandem jump requires a high degree of mutual trust, a sentiment echoed by fans commenting on the thrilling footage. Both Sweeney and Braun appeared in high spirits in the videos, laughing and embracing after successfully completing the drop and being lowered safely to the recovery platform below.
The getaway comes during a brief respite in both of their demanding schedules. Sweeney is currently preparing for several upcoming film projects under her production banner, Fifty-Fifty Films, following a highly active year in the cinematic spotlight. Meanwhile, Braun continues to oversee major international expansions for HYBE America after stepping back from day-to-day artist management. As the footage continues to circulate online, the couple's adventurous vacation highlights a shared affinity for thrill-seeking in one of the world's most picturesque landscapes.
